I've owned a few of those smaller sets and while helpful, I never seemed to have the size I needed. Ended up drilling a hole too big or too small and having to enlarge it. With this set, I always have the size I need, all the way up to 4-3/4". There's a good chance that I will never use several sizes in the set, but I know that if I need it, it's there.
The hole saws are very sharp and stay sharp, compared to others I've owned from Bosch, Dewalt, Lenox and Ace Hardware. It comes with extra pilot bits which is a plus. Also, really like the plastic case, everything fits well and stays in place.
I would definitely but this set again, but have a feeling I won't have to. I'll just replace dull hole saws as necessary.

I purchased this set for my husband for Christmas and he was thrilled. Not long after Christmas my husband needed to drill a hole in some heavy metal. Before it would have taken him forever, but he came and told me how fast he drilled the hole with one of these hole saw bits. He couldn't believe it and is thoroughly impressed. We are sold on Milwaukee products anyway, and this is just one more example of a great product. I also feel I got a good deal on Amazon. That is where I have purchased all of my Milwaukee gifts for him. Hard to beat Amazon's price and free shipping, I have tried.

I needed a 4 3/4" hole saw for a floor outlet box. I needed a 2 1/8" hole saw for a lockset. Found both sizes and many more in this collection.

Both times that I have used these saws, I was impressed.

For the money, I did not find a better selection of sizes.

Both large and small chucks are included and the case organizes things wonderfully.

I don't believe that anyone with a need for multiple sizes would be disappointed in this set.

I ordered this kit due to needing a couple different sized hole saw cutters to put in some dead bolts. I had purchased Milwaukee cutters prior to this but just purchased the individual cutter for the job at hand. I did decide to buy the 28 piece kit because I liked the idea of having all my cutters in 1 easy container to carry to a job and believe this kit will contain every cutter I will ever need. It does. It has every cutter size I needed and probably ever will need. The container is well built and appealing. I didn't know how the drive system to the cutters had changed since I purchased my last individual cutter. The new system has threads in the base of the cutter with 2 pins that are threaded into the cutter from the drive shaft that holds the drill bit. This is the best system I've seen. I also believe these cutters will take many cuts through metal or wood before beginning to dull. Its a lot of money but its probably the last hole saw kit you will ever need unless you use them daily. I'm very satisfied with this kit.

A good hole saw kit is something I never thought too much about until I would need to drill a hole larger than a ½". At such point I would be frustrated that I didn't have the correct size hole saw in my workshop for the job. I would have to run out to a big box home store or Sears and would buy one hole saw for the exact size I needed. Well over the years I have accumulated a few hole saws of various brands/quality and never felt that I had what I needed. Cut quality was always suspect at best with my makeshift assortment of hole saws. At least that was the before I found this kit on Amazon. This kit is extremely high quality and has many, many sizes for most tasks a handy homeowner/craftsman will run into. I have drilled several holes of various sizes with this kit and have been extremely pleased with the results. The case design is well thought out and keeps my workshop organized. Very happy with the purchase. Not only would I buy this again, but I will buy this as a gift for my family members/friends that can get use out of it but would never think to buy for themselves.

More saw blades than I will probably ever need but then "the right tool for the right job" won out. Quite hefty kit but has saved me a trip twice already :)
